This walkthrough is broken into steps, with each step having it's own page.

Windows Media Encoder

Windows Media encoder is a versatile and powerful encoding tool for both Live broadcasting and converting stored content into OnDemand media.

You can download Windows Media encoder here:

Push Streaming

The Push method of streaming involves creating a connection to the NetroMedia Matrix from your location.

It does not require any router set-up or a static IP.

The Push method is perfect for people who need to broadcast from multiple locations, or anyone who is doing broadcasts of a few hours or less.

Hint: After logging you will receive a message stating that "There is no restriction on Publishing Point type"; this is not an error, it is simply an informational message. You can safely disregard this.

If you want to stream 24/7, you should look into the Pull method.
